Every session with Aaron is fantastic as there is a balance of fun as well as focus. During the days where i can’t perform well he wouldn’t push me to continue the session which allows me to not feel pressurised in this weight loss journey. Pressure would just make me feel like i should give up easily but so far i see myself constantly looking forward to it! i also look forward to eating healthy everyday all thanks to Aarons knowledge and advise. he is very encouraging, supportive and knowledgable. Neighbourhood gym, clean, well-lit, equipment is well maintained, private and clean toilet, convenient to travel by bike as we can park the bike right outside the gym. The space is not too big so its better to come during off-peak hours to have better access on the equipment. The trainer Aaron is committed, friendly, attentive, and really looking into your weak points and focusing to improve them. He’ll even look into your diet and give you homework assignment to do when he’s away.
